Our #1 mission is to motivate children (ages 3-12 years) to set personal goals, live healthy and keep a positive mind set. (1) Fun and interactive workouts coupled with music help get the youth physically active. (2) PaHeru's athletic demonstrations allows young people to see what can be attained when you set goals, work hard, and stay consistent.
